Rocket Man!

I love Rocket as a side salad, but I don't know what it is. Obviously I know it's some sort of salady thing, but is it a lettuce or something totally different?

And what does it come under for SW? Do I count it as free, SF?

Or has it bloody well got syns? I bet it does.

The one green thing I love is bound to have syns.

Any ideas? I can never find it on the SW site.

It is a type of lettuce and is Superfree. I love it with risottos

Excellent! I could eat it straight from the bag. Lovely with chopped red pepper and chopped granny smith apple.

That's my snack sorted for later.
