I've never quite understood how syns work? I admit I'm a weekend eater, so I try to be good during the working week so that I can have a bit more flexibility at the weekend. Does that sound about right? I can't see how you can have, say, 10 syns/day *and* use flexible syns at the weekend? Can someone clarify this a bit for me please?
You'll find loads of helpful info on here if you do a search, but basically flexible syns are not for every weekend, they are for times when you know you'll be having a lot of syns, so say you were going to a party & knew you'd be eating & drinking more that 15 syns, you tell yourself you'll have 60 syns, once you get to that amount you stop, however, you have to be aware at the nxt WI you could have a STS or gain. Yes if having flexible syns, syns during the week would be the same.
You could try having your syns weekly, so 105/7 so say it works some say it doesn't, possibly worth a try.
