    Low fat Super Noodle alternative?

Hi, does anyone know if there is a free/ very low syn alternative to Low fat Super Noodles? They used to be a staple for me for a quick lunch etc but since they changed the recipe they are awful.

I would love to know this too!! I can just about eat the chilli chicken ones but the thai sweet chilli are horrible!?

I know dried noodles are free but that's plain? Wonder what seasoning you could use to make your own 'super noodles'?
