I thought people might find this interesting and valuable especially those who do not have access to SW online. I have just been looking at SW online and noted that there is a big post about the syn value if this meal.
It used to be 1.5 syns on Extra Easy and Green, it was on the Weatherspoons under 500 calories list and then disapppeared in 2013.
SW have confirmed that it is now back on the menu but not under the 500 calorie choice, the nutrional information has changed. So until SW get confirmation back from Weatherspoons as to what has changed, they are now advising this meal is 11.5 syns on Extra Easy and Green.
