Afternoon everyone - I am rejoining on Thursday night & would like to be able to do a little bit more of my shopping at places like Iceland, is there an Iceland syn values thread already or is it possible to start one now?

Any ideas for meals/quick snacks - low syn and free would be great so I can start making a list & get myself prepared.

Thanks everyone

Quite a few free on red/ee

Basted beef sirloin joint,frozen
Braised steak and onion gravy, slow cooked, frozen
Chargrilled sliced chicken breast,frozen
Gammon steaks in a cheddar and leek sauce, frozen

Hi,sorry I haven't been back on yet. The list I have is huge!!! I will sort through the lowest syn ones first. What are you favourite foods?? Might help narrow it down a bit :-D xx

What a great idea. When I go on holiday in Tenerife there is an Iceland so at least it would be damage limitation!

probably chicken/turkey things are my favourite, I bought the low syn snack book last night to take around with me so that should help, I just need things I can keep in for emergencies or snacking on.

Thanks x

Just had Iceland ready sliced chicken tikka breast with salad for my lunch, not only was it it was gorgeous it was free too.

£2.50 a bag, microwave from frozen
