hi guys, i joined SW this week and my online syn calc is not working, my consultant is on a hen weekend so cannot help atm could someone possible ell me the sym value of this breakfast bar using the syn calc online.. i know usually 20 cals to a syn but i want to double check


59g serving
223 cals
18.7g protein
14.6 carbs
6.5g fat
1g saturated fat
5.1g fibre

Its made from soya crispies, oat flakes, raisins and nuts...... im wondering if i can have 1 bar as my 2 hexB's

Hi, I'm sorry that I'm not an 'active' member as I do SW from home, so don't have access to the SW calculator, but I just wanted to let you know that this type of post will get a better response if posted in the syn values section of the site. Don't worry too much, someone will be able to help and the moderator will move your post.

With no free food allowance and allowing for the fact that I have assumed that the values given are per portion and not per 100g (unclear in post) they work out at 11syns each

I dont know about the hex b thing though. You might find it helpful to actually post the brand/name so someone can advise.

All hex A's and B's are listed on the SW site. The site works fine so you should have no problem with it all, also the calculator works on the site too, the calc on the app in my experience plays up quite a bit.

Thankyou everyone... Its a diet breakfast bar so i im almost certain it wont be listed its an exante toffee nut and raisen one ... I just prefer them to any alpen or hifi bars and they are so filling and convenient! Again thanks you your help

thanks cherry because i was a member 5 months ago and re-joined on wed instead of starting a new membership i could continue my old one but it doesnt seem to let me log on ... hopefully soon though ... may just have to give these bars a miss
