    Tesco Finest British Beef Steak Burgers

    Hi. Can anyone tell me if the Tesco Finest British Beef Steak Burgers are free on a red day or ee day please.
    If not, what are the syns.

    They won't be made with extra lean mince so won't be free on any of the plans. You can make your own free burgers though by using extra lean mince and an egg yolk. I often chuck chilli flakes in with a little garlic to give them some extra flavour.

    On Saturday my consultant recommended making them with a mini babybel inside so it oozes cheese when you bite or cut into the burger. This is on our meal planner for Wednesday
