    Snacks

    I find that my downfall is snacking, I find when I am at my desk I like to nibble on things, can anyone suggest syn free snacks, other than the obvious salad and fruit items. Things that are easy to eat at your desk. Thank you

    I always have carrot sticks, celery sticks and low fat hummus (2 syns a tablespoon) at my desk to pick at. Also how about a packet of syn free Couscous or savoury rice made up and then gone cold to pick at?

    what about some cold cooked meats? sometimes when I am cooking dinner I might put on an extra chicken fillet then slice it up and if i feel peckish during the day i have a piece
