    What would you do??

    My whole meal bun ways 68g, should I count it as 2 extra syns to cover myself? X

    I don't often have a wholemeal roll as my HEXB but if I do and it's over the 60g I usually count any extra as Syns

    I often pull a bit of bread from the middle to make it weigh less...more room for healthy fillings lol!!!

    Week 5 +1lb

    Week 8 - Holiday

    Week 10 +3lbs Need to stop mucking around and get shifting these pounds!!
