Own popped natural popcorn

Hi I have been told that 28g of plain popcorn is 4.5 syns, just wondering if anyone can clarify for me. I don't mean shop bought I mean buying the dried corn kernels and popping them myself? Thanks

Yes. 25g popped without fat is 4.5syns. I'd say you would probably get quite a lot for your syns though as it is so light!!
