I've just had 10oz gammon with 2 eggs, salad, peas, tomato and mushroom.

How many syns would you count???

One each for the eggs and maybe 3 for the gammon if it was fried not grilled. Well done on the good choices

Thanks, I never know how much to count for oil.

Well I know eggs cooked in oil are one also a tablespoon of oil is 6 sometimes I count the oil as my Heb
