Hi
Not at home to check at the mo but I reckon looking at the ingredients there prob wont be any free food allowance anyway.

Will check tom for you though :D

Not sure how they get away with using the word yogurt in the name!! It's quite high in fat and has sugar in it. I would say that the 1 syn per 20 calories would apply here.

Thanks both - looking at the online nutritional info, it doesn't really match my pot - my pot says

Per pot (145g):
Kcal - 110
Protein - 4.2g
Carbs - 18.6
Fat - trace
Fibre - 2.9

If it doesn't have a free food allowance then I won't be buying them again lol!

I have seen these in Holland and Barrett but haven't tried them, according to my syns online they are 6 syns per 145g pot

Crikey, they're definitely not worth 6 syns, they're ok but not THAT nice!
