    Redwood Wot No Dairy? black cherry yogurt desserts

    Would anyone kindly calculate the following non-dairy yogurt for me please? I got a load today for 18p each in my local H&B as their best before is on Wednesday.

    Fruity black cherry dessert suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Made with non-dairy cultured pea protein, Soya free. 145g.

    Soya free, allergen free, sweetened with fruit juice.
    Ingredients/More Details

    Water, de-ionised apple juice from concentrate, black cherry fruit preparation (fructose-glucose syrup, black cherries 6%, water, tapioca starch, citric acid, natural flavouring, elderberry concentrate, xanthan gum), pea protein (3.1%), dextrose, stabilisers (modified starch, guar gum, locust bean gum, pectin), palm oil, prebiotic inulin fibre, emulsifier: vegetable mono diglycerides of fatty acids, tri-calcium phosphate, natural flavouring, citric acid, colour (anthocyanin).

    Per 100g: Energy: 374 kJ / 90 kCal Protein: 2.9g Carbohydrate: 12.8g of which starch: 0.8g of which sugars: 12g Fat: 2.3g of which saturates: 1.2g Fibre: 1.1g Sodium: 1mg.

    Not at home to check at the mo but I reckon looking at the ingredients there prob wont be any free food allowance anyway.

    Not sure how they get away with using the word yogurt in the name!! It's quite high in fat and has sugar in it. I would say that the 1 syn per 20 calories would apply here.

    Thanks both - looking at the online nutritional info, it doesn't really match my pot - my pot says

    Per pot (145g):
    Kcal - 110
    Protein - 4.2g
    Carbs - 18.6
    Fat - trace
    Fibre - 2.9

    If it doesn't have a free food allowance then I won't be buying them again lol!

    I have seen these in Holland and Barrett but haven't tried them, according to my syns online they are 6 syns per 145g pot

    Crikey, they're definitely not worth 6 syns, they're ok but not THAT nice!
