Can anyone explain to me why a can of low fat custard can be 4.5 syns per 100g but the sachets of instant custard are soooo much more?? They are just made with boiling water??
There's not much difference between the two from what i've seen - 4.5 syns per 100g would make the can about 18 syns and the sachets I've seen in morrisons work out at about 12-14 if I remember rightly xx
