Tassimo Cafe Crema

does anyone know the syns for tassimo kenco cafe creama? I've done a search and looked on the sw website but can't find any info anywhere. Just had several of these over the weekend and now thinking they're probably synned.

MFP shows this as 5 cals per cup. If it's pure coffee then it'll be free but that 'foam topping' (or Crema) could be where you need to take the cals into account.
Therefore, you could drink 4 cups & log 1 syn - just to be on the safe side.

Thank you so much for replying. Yes, It's the crema top that's confusing. I will count 1 syn for every 4 cups.

That is confusing as it is just coffee - its the brewing process that creates the creme layer. I was in Costa this weekend and noticed they had a cal content of 9 calories in their Americano (black) coffee so I wonder if they coat the beans or something?
