    Help newbie!

    Hello only starting today , could anyone please tell me if wafer thin ham and wafer thin turkey had syns or are they free? Thank u x

    Weight to Lose: 12st6.5lb
    % Lost 12.18%
    They are free on extra easy and red as they shouldn't have any fat but would be synned on red.

    April -14 (SotM)
    May - 5
    June - 4
    July -3
    August -11.5 (SotM)
    2 Sept + 2
    9 Sept -0.5
    16 Sept -3.5 (SotW)

    Thank you, my consultant does not do red and green days she does free, super free and healthy a and healthy b ( hope this makes sense )? X

    Your consultant should also have information on red and green days, as they are SW plans. You should have had a book about them in your pack when you joined.
