Seasoning Help!

Hi I cannot find this info anywhere!!
Jerk seasoning and chicken seasoning ( the dry types in the seasoning packets ) are they free in EE? X

Most seasoning is but check for sugar as this may indicate syns. I have to admit I never syn dry seasoning. I use a lot if the Schwartz jar ones.
