Syn Treat Tub

I saw on another website that someone had made their own treat tin with chocolate items etc that had low syn values, so they could have 2 or 3 things or more when they had syns left over or were using all of their syns at the end of the day. I would love to do the same as I save all my syns up until the evening and then have a few treats sat in front of the tv with my glass of hot milk taken from my HEA. But trying to get a list together of nice things and my mind has gone blank and cannot start to look for syn values on line as being as i dont know the brand name for some of them, im finding it hard. Could you give me ideas of what you would put in your tub and what the syn values are please xxx

Mikados-1/2 syn each!
Freddos- 5syns
Milky bars- 3.5 syns
Kinder chocolate bars-3.5 syns
Dairy milk little bars- 5.5 syns

I buy the cadburys or nestle bags of mini treats. All of them are under 5 syns and just top my treat tin up. Most contain little fudge and chomp bars 3 syns, mini curly wurly 3.5 syns, small dairy milk, crunchie, flakes 4 syns. Nestlé ones have small bags of skittles and magic stars 3.5 syns, Mars bars 4.5 syns. Etc.

thank you will have to look out for some offers, as when i looked at the funsize bags they were about £5 per bag xx

I buy the packs of timeouts and freddo's for my treat tin, they usually have them in the cheap shops, for £1 a pack.

They look good. how many syns are on those xx

Some more that I don't think have been mentioned. Mostly portion controlled ones, since I can't have an open box/bag of something yet!

Treat size mini smarties, 3.5 syns
Snack pack (2 cookies) Oreos, 5 syns
Mini party rings, 6 syns
Treat size Cadbury buttons, 4 syns
Funsize Maltesers, 5 syns
Funsize Twix bars, 5 syns
Green & Blacks treat size bars, 4-4.5 syns (depends if you round up or down!)
Matchmakers, 3.5 syns for 4 sticks

Some slightly healthier ones...
Whitworths Sunny Raisins, 2 syns (the 14g packs)
Whitworths Shots (e.g. berry and almond), 5 syns
Bear Yoyo fruit rollups, 1.5 syns
Fruit bowl fruit flakes, 3.5 syns
Tyrells multipack popcorn, 3.5 syns

Pink n white mallow sandwich... Alway grab one of these for my evening cuppa :0). I think they about 2.5 syncs.... I think the ones with jam in are more.

I think curly wurlys are fab, 6 syns for a good size chocolate bar. Cadbury fudge, 5.5 syns. Mini bags of biscuits I've had the cadbury mini fingers 5.5 a bag and cadbury animals 5 a bag, tescos reduced fat mini ginger biscuits 4.5 syns in those, there's just loads of options!

The m&s guilt free snacking range is fab too they have all sorts I've tried the double chocolate popcorn which is 6 syns a bag an it's absolutely gorgeous.

With crisps and chocolate, anything with no free food allowance, it's usually a straight 20 cal = 1 syn rule

How can you buy the treat size packs and not eat them all?!?!?!

I'm a person with a multipack problem!! They 'talk' to me from the cupboard!!

Liking curly wurly syn value ( keep it in the fridge so it takes longer to eat!)

:) x

The weight watchers caramel marshmallow wafers are like pink and whites but with a caramel sauce in the middle, soooo good and 2.5 syns!

Love the M&S guilt free snacking range, their salty & sweet popcorn is divine and only 4 syns a bag :)
