    Colmans beef casserole

    Hi
    I am making a cottage pie for tea using a colmans beef casserole sachet and on SW online it says it has a syn value of 7 so does that mean if my pie serves 3 I can divide the syns by three or do I count the full 7 for me?

    Yep you can split it. I regularly use the Slow Cooker curry mix and then divide the overall syns (9) against the number of portions I get (usually 3)
