Branston Spaghetti Bolognese

Hi can somebody help me out please? I'm sure I read somewhere that a tin (400g I think) of Branston Spag Bol was 2.5 syns...was thinking of taking it to work for lunch tomorrow, tried to double check it but can't find where I originally read it...infact I found something that would suggest it would be 16 syns . Could somebody please let me know the correct syns value?

Ahhh not quiet so bad then! I had plain spaghetti hoops to be on the safe side though lol! Thanks
