Slimming world sncks
Im finding it hard to find snacks that are totally syn free. I know that fruit and veg are great snacks, but I would like syn free snacks like seafood sticks.
Easy to make snacks that i can leave in the fridge for when im feelig peckish which is all the time lately.
any help will be appreciated.
have you tried making some of the sw spicy vegetable pakoras?

i make loads and munch on them straight out of the fridge.
BBQ chicken drumsticks from the fakeaways book, make extra and keep them in the fridge. Mini SW quiches (or a large one sliced into wedges). Ham or other cold meats from the deli.

I roast veg for snacks. Carrots are my fave. :) Spray of frylight, pinch of salt and pepper, and chuck whatever herbs you want on top. I normally leave them in the oven for about an hour or two, and sometimes for extra flavour I add in a bit of water and a stock cube. :)
Very yummy and satisfying!
I also snack on mullerlights a lot.
You could also try to make smash pizza (use half the recommended water to make it into a dough) and cut it into tiny pieces. Cheese will need to be healthy extra A or synned though, and you can add tons of veg on top to bulk it out even more.
I only started last week but these are snacks I've found online and have very much enjoyed them :)
