    Muller Light Fat Free Yogurt

Hi everyone, I'm sure there is a thread about these but I can't find them when I search. I eat a muller light yogurt every day sometimes two and was wondering if anyone knew the syn value as I'm doing it from home so don't have access online to check the syn calculator. I hear some are syn free and some aren't. I also eat the Greek fat free muller ones as well. Please and thank you.

There's a big yoghurt thread stickied at the top: http://www.minimins.com/syn-values/1...-yoghurts.html (SYN FREE YOGHURTS)

As for syns, it depends on the flavour. Most are free, but some (the new dessert style ones, as an example) do have 1 syn. So would need to know which flavours to say for sure.

It looks like all of the greek ones are half a syn each.

It's mainly the banana and custard, orange and chocolate sprinkles and vanilla and chocolate sprinkles. Yeah it's the toffee and coconut ones in the Greek yogurts.

Those ones are all free for the standard, and half for the greek style.

Your not suppose to eat as many as you want just for the sake of eating them.

Been maintaining under 9 stone on a Primal diet since Oct 2012.

Commitment and hard work gets you there.

You can 'diet' and still have a life if you really, really want to.

Maintaining is easier than the losing.

Your weight is not going up for no reason. It's going up because you consume more than you burn.

    114 days until Xmas.
