Muller light - aldi version
are the aldi version of muller lights free also? (They are called brook lea fat free). I'm veggie so have these instead of mullers so just wanted to check (muller lights have gelatin in)
Afraid they are all synned (1 to 3.5 depending on flavour) and aldi yoghurts have gelatine in them too don't they? I know the greek style ones certainly do xx
The fat free greek style ones are free but have pork gelatine in them

Why not just use one of the vegetarian friendly yoghurt like activia fat free?
I ran the vanilla and choc sprinkles one through the online calculator and it came out at 1/2 syn each?
the calculator should be used as a guide when the actual value isn't available, it works out a rough figure for you. But the real calculations are more complex than just looking at the calories and fat. So if there is a real figure ont he syns onlien list use that instead.
