Can anyone tell me how many syns there are in a 48g snickers bar ?
I really fancy some chocolate and that's all we have in...

I never knew that ! That's so helpful. I'm new to slimming world if you hadn't guessed haha.
I'm doing it from home because I'm a student and can't afford to go to the groups or join up online.

Only works if there is no free food allowance in the product

Ah I see, so for things like chocolate etc it would work but not for say, a ready meal that includes veg?
