    Hi everyone does anyone know if the banana pancakes ie: egg and chopped banana r free? I think they should be syned as the banana is been slightly cooked? Cheers Dawn

    If it's just a sliced banana on top of your pancake then it would be Free (it hasn't been cooked, it may just be a little warm from the heat of the pancakes).

    If the banana is mashed / blended and made into the pancake mix itself, that's when it would need to be Synned.
