Vege burrito

I went to a Fayre & Square pub yesterday and had some slimline tonics but I opted for a vege burrito thinking I wasn't worst thing on the menu but it turns out it may be around 900 calories. That surely can't be 45 syns! Any idea how many syns in one?

Depends what was in it but yes it's possible. There would be no free food allowance so everything is synning - wraps are pretty high at around 10-15 syns as a starter, plus cheese ,dressings, oils etc xx

Had look at the menu and there is over 31g fat in it, sour cream, quacamole (avocado is really high in syns), nachos and dressing

Argh! I don't know what I was expecting. Maybe for someone to tell me it wasn't as bad as I expected. Ah nuts. Could I divide it by 7 and count it as a weekly Syn value?

Yeah just have 105 for your week and take it off that total to see how many you've got left for the rest of the week

Well I lost a pound and half if anyone wants to know. Guess being super good the rest if the week helped or will it go against next weeks numbers being so close to weigh in?
