Just rejoined SW today. I wondered whether anyone else eats the Aldi maple and pecan crunch cereal? I looked it up on lifeline online and it says 6 syns. But I'm not sure what weight of the cereal that is for?
A long shot, but I don't suppose its a HExB is it???

It's 6 syns for a 25g portion. I cannot see it as a Healthy Extra on the list - the only Aldi cereal I can see is Harvest Morning Fruit and Fibre cereal (35g)
