Marks and Spencer's Guilt Free Snacking Sweet and Salty Popcorn syns

    Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone can tell me the syns in the Marks and Spencer's Guilt Free Snacking Sweet and Salty Popcorn? I've been following the slimming world plan for 5 weeks now and lost half a stone. I am at a bit of a standstill the past couple of weeks (which I should have expected!) as I haven't lost.
    Thanks for the help!

Their website says that this range is all under 150 calories. Presumably the calorie content is on the packet?

The 1 calorie per 20 syns would apply. 150 calories is 7.5 syns. If you have the calorie content then you can make a more accurate calculation, if not then I would go with 7.5

I've found the packet and it says 75 calories so like 3.5?

SW usually rounds up a bit, so I would say 4 to be on the safe side.
