Hi all,
Just wondering what would the syns be/ how to work out the Syns for using Polenta or Cornmeal as Breadcrumbs?
I normally make chicken Goujons, Fish nuggets and Chicken Kiev using Polenta (as if the grains were bread crumbs) but not sure how to syn it...any ideas?
