fat free brownies

I found this american recipe for "fat free" brownies using fat free yoghurt instead of butter. I'm tempted... But Can anyone help me work out what the syn value would be?

The recipe is here: No Pudge Brownie Clone Recipe - Food.com and contains:

1 cup sugar (201g or 7oz)
3/4 cup flour (96g or 3.4 oz)
1/2 cup cocoa (64g or 2.25oz)
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (a 6 oz. container)
nonstick cooking spray

Sugar - 5 syns per 25g
Flour - 4 syns per 25g
Cocoa - 4.5 syns per 25g
Cornflour - 1 syn per level tsp
baking soda - Half a syn per level tsp

Butter is the least of your problem sorry as it works out at around 76 syns

Sugar - 5 syns per 25g
Flour - 4 syns per 25g
Cocoa - 4.5 syns per 25g
Cornflour - 1 syn per level tsp
baking soda - Half a syn per level tsp

Thanks! I make that approximately 69.5 syns in total, which is 4-4.5 syns per brownie. I think it's worth an experiment as people give rave reviews. I might substitute the sugar with Silver Spoon Half Spoon mix as it should only need half the amount and bring the count down to around 3 syns each.
