Thread: Working out syn values

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can help me on syn values. I have my directory so if I'm at home I can look up syn values, but was just wondering if their is a way you can work it out roughly if you're out and about? Or is it too complicated to calculate like that? xxx

Nah there isn't! It kinda sucks!
Only online- which doesnt help when yr in the supermarket!

It works out at 20 calories a syn providing that there is no free food allowance in it. So if you wanted a chocolate dessert and it was 150 calories it would be 7 1/2 syns. TA DAAAAAAAAAA
