    Contradicting syn values

Hi all, I don't have sw membership as simply can't afford it so am going it alone, I google the syn value of products but keep getting contradicting answers mainly on aldi products but specifically the fat free Greek yogurts lemon and the coconut+vanilla some people saying they put in calculator and they free others say they come up 0.5 syns? Also the benefit light bars less than 70 cal some say hexb some say 3.5 syns I used to have 2 alpen light bars and muller light for breakfast and it was great but getting expensive so switched to aldi products above now I'm worried as there is a big difference to having hexb and free for breakfast or the possibility of using 7.5 syns!

Please help 6weeks till wedding and dress doesn't fit 8lb to get to ultimate target

    Xx

Sam your a ? thank you so much started panicking for a while as tend to only use 7-10 syns a day if I can and thought I was having double that! Just tucking in to 400g pineapple for lunch! I'll keep you updated on dress/wedding target, have you been doing sw long?

I've been on slimming world on and off for 2 years, I done weight watchers before that. I joined almost 2 years ago, lost weight then put most of it back on. I rejoined last year and have loved every minute of it, now I really enjoy experimenting with food, even my attitude towards healthy eating has changed :-)

Hey, I've about 9lb left to lose now though I'm quite happy with my shape and size now so I don't put too much pressure on myself :-)

I'm the same about 8lb to go but I always get down to this weight then really struggle to go lower so end up having a strop giving up and piling loads back on! Determined to stick with the slow losses now need to get in my dress! Xx
