Just wondering how many syns are in the mint yoghurt sauce/dressing?? Any ideas??

Which one ?
You can make your own sugar free mint sauce is free I struggle to get this but normal mint sauce is something like one per teaspoon, check as I am not sure. Stir into low fat natural yogurt to taste
