Syns in pre-packed smoked mackerel/kippers

Hello!

well, this is my first post so be gentle, please :D

I'm struggling to work out the syns in smoked mackerel/kippers (not from the fresh fish counter but those that are pre-packed in the chilled fridge areas). I'm assuming that none of these are free but seem to be reading conflicting info.

Can anyone advise which, if any, they use, please?

Basic, Mackerel, smoked/smoked & peppered, per 100g 1½ 1½ 16

so 1.5 syns on EE and red, 16 on green. Not too bad when you think how oily it is! :)
 
Hi Nic, welcome aboard. Smoked makerel is 1.5 syns per 100g when on EE or Red. Hope this helps.
