Hi, does anyone know how many syns there are in thr frozen smirnoff pouches. There are apple ones and rasberry ones. Couldn't find them online.

Thanks Anna but I cant find any nutritional info so not even sure how many cals in them. There's Rasberry Sorbet ones as well - very yummy as a treat

I found out from smirnoff they are 380cals per 100ml and each pouch is 250ml so 47.5syns each xx
