    Co-operative chicken roll?

I can't find this on the SW website and have been assuming it is free, but when I put the values into the syn calculator it comes up as syns. I am a bit confused. Does anyone know anything about it?

I would imagine that chicken roll, like luncheon meat etc is fairly heavily processed and might have sugars and starches added. On syns online for example sainsburys version is 1syn per slice. If in doubt go with the calculator. Remember to add a free food value as chicken though. Although how much actual CHICKEN goes into it is anyone's guess

Ughhhh I was worried about that. I have eaten a whole pack this week (it isn't even nice! I just thought it was free) so that is 17 1/2 syns to spread over the rest of the week. Well that's just great! Lol, thanks for your answer. At least I have learnt and won't eat them again.

You learn A LOT over time on SW. not all food is created equal and it's always worth checking if something isn't obviously free. I'm sure the syns will be absorbed elsewhere. It's less than 3 a day over a week

I had a look on the Cooperative website, but they don't seem to put much information about individual products on there.

    What are the ingredients?

Anna Faraday: Per 100g - 160 kCal, 12.7 protein, 3.7 fat, 4.6 carbs, and the whole pack is 400g. I put it into the calculator with the chicken allowance and it came up 17.5 syns. I know it errs on the side of caution but then so do I so that's okay. It isn't that bad; I have four more days to get rid of it. I'm just glad it isn't worse.

HI - what I meant was what's in it, apart from chicken. What is in the list of ingredients?
