I've bought a bag of bird eyes crispy chicken nuggets I was just wondering if anyone has the syn value of these? They also come in a box Aswell but I'm looking for the bag values. Thankyou in advance x

They don't exist on syns online but as a guide the breaded ones are 1.5 and dippers are 1.5. I am guessing but are they in batter rather than crumb? So basically a dipper?
