stir fry sauce

I am having stir fry tonight (first day back on plan) and the only sauce i have in is a katsu curry one from sainsbury's which is 4.5 syns for half the pack.

Are there any other low syn alternatives?

There is just normal soy sauce but in the magazine this month there were shar woods stirfry sauce with garlic and I think chilli which are free

thank you - will look them up here - i have the syns to use, but i'd rather have an alternative if possible!

The ones mentioned in the magazine are Amoy stir fry soy sauces - garlic and Chinese 5 spice, lemongrass and kafir lime, and red chilli... All 3 are free and apparently cost £1.49 at Tesco.

I have stir fry planned for lunch tomorrow so might nip to Tesco and see if I can get some!
