Help with Syns.

My mum brought me a Muller fruitopolis to try and I used the syns calculator on SW website and worked it out to be 3.5 syns just put it in syns online and it's come up as 0.5 syn. Does this mean everything I'm calculating on syns calculator is wrong? I put info in as it reads on back of a packet but as you read above it was out by 3.

I'm guessing you didn't select yogurt as the free food on the Syns calculator, and that's why it was out. The fruitopolis yogurts are 0.5 Syns, not 3.5.

What I would suggest is that you stick with using Syns Online. There are a lot of products on there and their corresponding Syns value, and it's updated quite regularly.

You only really need to use the Syn Calculator if the product is not listed on Syns Online.

That is probably what I've done but I usually remember to do it lol and I only use calculator when I can't find products on syns online. Never mind not complaining makes it less syns for me lol. Thanks.

Please can some one check syns of asda smart price ravioli as online Google search 2011 says 1.5 has it changed anyone know! Thanks in advance.
