I've discovered a delicious low fat yogurt, much cheaper than the muller light varieties but I am unsure of the syn values. I wonder if someone can help me!! Unfortunately I chucked the packaging so don't know the full name!
They are from tesco and come in a six pack 2x orange, 2x banana and 2x peach!
Before I stock up thought I'd see if anyone else knows!
Thanks in advance :-)
Tesco Low Fat Sunshine Fruits Yogurt 6X125g - Groceries - Tesco Groceries
I just googled tesco banana peach yogurt and there they were. I can't give you the syn values but with that information someone else will be able to (you have to click on each individual flavour to get the nutritional information). Seem quite high in sugar to me.
looked online and found this
|Low Fat Sunshine Fruits Yogurts, Banana , 125g pot ||4 ||4 ||4 |
| Low Fat Sunshine Fruits Yogurts, Orange , 125g pot ||3½ ||3½ ||3½ |
| Sunshine Fruits Low Fat Yogurts, Peach , 125g pot ||3 ||3 ||3 |
Thank you! Yes sunshine fruits, that's what they were called!
Anyone have any idea the syn value?
They were a pound for 6 so much better value than the mullers and taste divine!
Sorry just read you had attached the syns!
As delicious as they were 3-4 is too much! I have no self control, so can't keep anything that synful in my fridge as I would end up having 2 or 3 a night!
Thanks again for looking it up!
