How many syns are spare ribs from the counter, have got them as lean as possible??? Just wondered if they are free on a red day???

Obviously, this is the weight of the meat without the bone so there's a bit of guess work involved as if you bought ribs with no bones they wouldn't be ribs any more, lol You'll have to guesstimate this yourself, I'd say that to get 100g of rib meat you'd have to buy at least 200 or 300g of ribs. Hard to say cos I'm not sure how heavy bones are!
