    Tesco Smoky BBQ Beans

Hi all - does anyone know what the syns on this product are please - I assume they're not free in the way a tin of beans would be but I'm hoping that at least the beans count towards free food?! Or is it like jarred tomato sauce in that they don't?

Tesco - Smoky BBQ Beans, chilled shelf. 350g.

Annoyingly I can't see the nutritional information on the picture, and I've chucked the packaging!

    TIA

Oh how annoying, thank you anyway.

Just got nutritional information from Tesco chat, percentage of (haricot) beans is 35%, and the nutritional info is:

Can anyone put this through the syns calculator for me?

    Thanks

No, they're actually chilled - like a side dish.

    Thanks for checking though

3.5 syns on ee per 170g

This is using haricot beans cooked as free food or
    Baked beans in sauce

Thank you. I think I'll just assume half a pack is 5 syns to be on the safe side x
