    HEB -Cereals

    Hello all,

    Can anyone tell me what are currently on the list for HEB's in the cereals section, Although I'm not attending a group, I'm trying to stick to it at home. I've been having All bran Golden Crunch - now admitting that it might be slightly mount etna sized! I dont have a lot of time in a morning to do a cooked breakfast unless it's the weekend, so need quick and easy breakfasts so cereals might be an better.

    Have better lunches and snacks -

    Exercise twice a week or more
    Gym joined 14th August
    Mini goals:
    Tuesday - gym session
    Thursday - LBT (Legs, bums, tums)
    possibly x1 other day = x1 other fitness class/gym

    Get down to 13st 7lbs by 25th November (5th Anniversary trip to London!)
