    Costa Coffee syn question

If I go to Costa Coffee (my favourite place for coffee) and I order a skinny latte, for example. Do I syn this or can I add the milk to my HEa allowance? My group consultant says we must syn it but it makes no sense if its just milk and coffee. Coffee is free and skimmed milk is a HEa. Any thoughts please?

It says on the sw website in their article on coffee shops you can take 6 syns off if you are using the hea. I always have a skinny hot choc from costa And they are 8 syns or a hea plus two. Just watch and check they use skimmed milk. I watch them and only once have I had them use while milk but I always watch to be sure
