Red day syns!

Hi! I'm following red days but have made a homemade curry for tea, could anyone tell me how many syns are in 125g of cooked express basmati rice please?! Thanks x
 
You can use 1 syn per 20 calories as there would be no free food allowance. But rice is usually really high on the red plan xx
