Hi Could do with a bit more info to help you here. Are you following EE,red,green or a mix? Are you looking for ready meals or fresh ingredients? Chocolate wise I love Freddo bars,5 syns each. All the multipack bars at 99cals eg breakaways,blue riband etc are also 5 syns. Feel free to ask more questions xx
