I use these finely chopped veg to make bolognase,shepherds pie and my own soup and pot noodle type soup. I've always assumed these were free foods as the ingredients are listed as 34% carrot 33% onion and 33% celery. I've just noticed that the nutritional info states that its 5.8%fat how can that be when there is no added fat? Can anyone shed any light and also should I syn these?
