    I find best results if you boil the veg for 4 mins or so, and shake them around a bit with lid on, then fri lite your baking sheet and cook nice and high for half an hour.

    Just thought I'd add that if you can't be bothered to boil first if you microwave for a few minutes to soften then bake they come out great. I always to do chips that way too

    I just put them on a tray with fry lite & bake for about 40mins.

    Sometimes, if I want a little treat I'll add some honey & olive oil.

    Anybody know the syn value for honey & olive oil?
