Follow the hA and hB bit strictly
Then with regards the meat, ham etc, as long as it's less than 5% fat and there is no visible fat on the food it's pretty much free
Whole meat, whole ham, not mixed like Turkey ham etc
Is this right?

Turkey ham isn't a mixture, it's turkey prepared in a way to make it seem like ham (and it's fine on SW, as is turkey bacon). Anything that is plain lean meat is fine, what you need to avoid is the things that aren't just meat but have extra fat, flour, etc added. Luncheon meat, chicken roll, haslet, meats with stuffing, things like that should be avoided. Don't forget to fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree food at each meal too!

That's great thanks
I am a snacker when at work and keep snacking the wrong thing

Is it true I can spend all day snacking on lean ham, chicken, salad, potatoes, eggs etc and it's all free?

Hello - I've just found this site :) Am I right in thinking that I can munch wafer thin ham (from Asda or Tesco) to my heart's content? I use it as snack food along with carrots. Just suddenly thought I'd best check.

Yes as long as it's lean and there's no added sugar in the ingredients.

Enjoy!

Well, the calcium in HEXa keeps bones and teeth strong, reduces the effects of PMS, has a slimming effect on the metabolism and may ward off colorectal, ovarian and breast cancers. The fibre in HEXb helps prevent heart disease, diabetes, weight gain and some cancers. Both pretty vital in my book! :)

When I dont have the healthy extras my losses are never as good! Get some cereal bars, cheese strings, babybels etc so you can snack xx
