could someone give me a list of free food at iceland is there any ready meals that are free

There is a ready meal range coming out in January at Iceland

I found this for you but its worth double checking to ensure the syns or syn free are correct

Be careful as I have just spot checked a few things and some are now showing as syns..... for example:

Iceland, Braised Steak in a Rich & Onion Gravy, frozen , 350g pack = 2 syns

Iceland, Boneless Gammon Joint with a Honey Glaze, Easy Carve, frozen 700g pack, per 100g = 1.5 syns
